Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items such as personal care products, perishable goods, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our support team for assistance.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or contact your payment provider. If you still have not received your refund after several days, contact us so we can assist you.
